1923 - Mecanica Fina was founded as the "Societatea de Exploatari Tehnice (S.E.T)” having as purpose the organization of aircraft production.
Throughout this period it runs several prototypes of airplanes, of which in 1930, the fourth prototype of the plane "SET 4”, by private label, that registered a great success.
1946 - The Company goes to massive manufacturing of spare parts for rolling stock contributing to the reinstatement of CFR wagon yard, destroyed during the war.
1947-1948 - Mecanica Fina produces medical instruments, equipment for telephone lines, reducers for oxygen cylinders and others.
1953 - The Company was completely technological and organizational restructured, for the production of measuring and control devices, becoming the first in classification of Romanian enterprises.
1991 - The Company was divided into four independent companies: Diasfin, Sigmafina, Carmesin and Mecanica Fina, the last one is taken over a built area of 55000 sqm and continues the industrial production of measuring and control devices.
1997 - The Company is quoted on exchange.
2000 - Mecanica Fina is sold by the State and becomes a private company.
2006 - The Company enters in the agricultural sector by founding SC ITAGRA SA.
2009 - The Company decides to close the industrial production given the central location of buildings and becomes Property Company.
